As a guide for a standard evening event we charge £800.
We define a standard evening event as:
- one starting on or after 7pm and finishing no later than midnight.
- A mid size venue i.e. hotel function room, hall, garden marquee of up to 200 people.
- located within 30 miles of our base, Petersfield in Hampshire.
Obviously we would always consider events outside of these parameters, but we would need to discuss details to establish any additional equipment requirements and costs.
To confirm a booking we require a 25% deposit.
